Alright y’all, here is the serious, important stuff:

RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY:
Reservation cancellations require a 48-hour notice. Guests who cancel more than 48 hours in advance of booking will be refunded their deposit (usually 1 night) less a $10.00 cancellation fee to cover +/- credit card processing.
Each day that is not cancelled within the 48-hour window will be charged for that day.
For stays during the Tucson Gem and Mineral show, cancellations require a 7-day notice. Guests who cancel more than 7 says in advance of booking will be refunded their deposit (usually 1 night) less a $10.00 cancellation fee to cover +/- credit card processing.
Extended Stay and multiple-day reservation cancellations:
Extended Stay reservations require a deposit. Each day that is not cancelled within the applicable policy (7 days or 30 days) will be charged for that day. Each day that is cancelled following  policy will not be charged and the deposit, if any, for that day will be refunded. All cancellations will be refunded less $10.00 cancellation fee to cover cost of credit card processing.

Here’s the less serious, but still very important stuff:

CHILDREN: We’re not kid unfriendly, but there’s sharp corners everywhere and we cuss a lot.
ADDITIONAL PERSON: All rooms are priced for two. Two’s company, three’s a crowd and four’s a party. Additional people and/or rollaway beds are charged $20.00 per night.
PETS: Bring ‘em. $20 fee per reservation applies.
CONCIERGE SERVICE: We can’t make any promises, but drop us a line before your stay or while you’re here and we’ll try to fix you up like you want. After all, we think we know Tucson well enough to find what you’re looking for if you ask nicely. That said, you definitely cannot have hookers, you cannot have blow and you cannot have a giraffe at 2AM (who are you, Prince?).
SMOKING POLICY: Who doesn’t love a cigarette in bed? But please don’t smoke tobacco in our rooms; we’d hate for you to wake up with cigarette burns on your collarbone. Also you’ll have to pony up $150 in cleaning fees. It’s cool to smoke on the patio though.
CHECK IN & OUT: We can be flexible if you give us a heads up, but it works out real nice if you check in between 3 and 8pm. If you’re leaving us (and really, you should just stay one more day), get on the get by 11am. If you haven’t checked out by then, we might make you clean your own room for the next guest.
ITEMS LEFT BEHIND: Please feel free to leave interesting stuff behind in the room and we’ll make it part of our permanent collection. If you want your stuff back, we’re happy to send it if you’ll pay postage/shipping.
PRIVACY POLICY: We’re careful about privacy and do not share your personal information with anyone, ever. Unless, of course, you ask us to leave your number for that cutie in Room 10.
